Spring Must Haves for Your Lawn.png

At Cartwright Tree Care we specialize in tree care here in Kansas City and right now we are specifically focused on Spring tree care in order to make the city a more beautiful place. Taking good care of your trees, educating yourself and having a willingness to create more beauty on your property is a good place to start when it comes to gearing up for Spring.

We suggest starting by evaluating the plants and trees that already exist on your property and taking the time to provide them with any maintenance or care that they may need to be healthier and stronger as the season begins to change.

Once your property has been evaluated and you’ve given the proper care to those plants in need, you can begin to decide what is next for continuing to create a beautiful lawn this Spring.

We believe that the Spring must haves this year begin with preventative maintenance, utilizing the space that you have and finding the little places you can place new plants and shape the yard that you desire.

Things like spring tree trimming, fertilizing and pruning can help you prevent issues with the trees and bushes in your hard. Trimming and pruning can also help open up spaces and help you see the potential for new plants or landscaping around your property. Finally, bringing in new annual flowers or perennials to grace your yard with their bright colors and beautiful shapes is a great way to increase value and beauty around your home. Whether placing them in the ground in your flower beds or filling pots and small garden boxes with these flowers, you have the chance to be creative, get your hands dirty and impress your neighbors!

Remember, it’s not all about keeping up with the Jones family next door but it’s more about taking the time to create a space that makes you feel proud of your home and happy to be living in our greater Kansas City area!
