Do-It-Yourself? We Recommend Not.

Though it may seem pretty straightforward and you didn't buy that bad ass chainsaw for nothing but, tree work is actually very difficult, technical and dangerous.

Especially, getting on that ladder with that bad ass chainsaw... Statistics by the US Consumer Products Safety Commission show that 165,000 American homeowners are treated for ladder-related injured every year.  In which, some of those injuries and deaths happened by a falling limb, defective equipment (that dang ladder) or general carelessness while attempting the "do-it-yourself' tree work.

The TCIA (Tree Care Industry Association) reported a total of 58 tree care accidents in 2015 involving civilians trying to "do-it-yourself".  34 of which were fatal and 6 of the victims were under the age of 13 and were only bystanders to the misguided cuts of the adults.

Because tree trimming is obviously one of the most dangerous jobs in your yard, it is important for your safety to hire a professional tree care company such as Cartwright Tree Care, rather than take the risk of the "do-it-yourself" or choose a less than qualified tree care company in Kansas City.

Cartwright Tree Care is pleased to be Kansas City's leading provider in residential and commercial tree care!
