The Kansas City area has been hit hard with snow in the past few weeks. The latest storm, which is the second major storm in just two weeks, has caused many headaches for residents and has left 5 to 10 inches of snow in the Kansas City metro area.

This storm brought in a lot of snow in a short amount of time. According to KCTV5, it’s been hard for the fleet of 250 snow plows to keep up, with crews working on major roads and residential streets at once. Additionally, The Kansas City Star reports the city’s trash pickup will be delayed again after being delayed for the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday on Monday.

While the snow may bring all fun and games for children, the team at Cartwright Tree Care understands just how frustrating it can be for the adults, especially when it comes to your trees. We hope everyone took care of preparing their trees for this type of weather, but in the event that you have a weather related tree emergency, don’t forget you can contact us! Our emergency response teams are put on alert as soon as storms come our way and are ready to relieve you of the damage caused by falling limbs and other debris!
