Tree Placement

If you are considering planting some new trees around your home, placement of these trees are incredibly important.

When placing trees, you have to be aware of things you need to work around, such as utility lines and wind and sun directions.

For instance, though large evergreens are beautiful in the winter time, if not strategically places, they can block natural sunlight that warms your house (and saves you energy) in those beautiful winter months.

Power lines are also an obstacle you should keep in mind when plotting out your tree placement. If you plant a large tree under a power line, as it grows, it will not only damages the tree but you also don’t want risk the chance of damaging the power lines.

Different trees make an ideal fit for certain purposes. If you’re trying to achieve a certain goal with your greenery, as far as shade, privacy, or creating a windbreak, consult with Cartwright Tree Care and we’ll share with you the best type of tree that’ll fit you needs.
