When a Kansas City Tree May Need to be Removed

Written by vkinney on August 18, 2011 . Posted in Tree Maintenance

We'll be the first to admit it – we hate having to see our Kansas City trees cut down. Trees do so much for us, and our environment, like helping keep the air we breathe clean, creating a shady spot to rest on a hot summer day, and even producing tasty fruits we enjoy eating. Taking careful care of your Kansas City trees is the best way to keep them healthy and looking fabulous. Unfortunately, though, there are times in which a tree has to come down.

Below is a list of circumstances in which a tree might need to be cut down.

  • If the tree is hazardous in the extreme that trimming the limbs wouldn’t render it safe
  • If the roots are damaging your plumbing lines
  • If the tree is dead, dying, or causing harm to other trees

Even if you might feel bad about it, it’s important to remember that it’s better to remove a tree that could potential cause harm to your home, property, or other trees now than to wait it out and deal with more serious issues later.

If you have a tree that you may need to be removed, contact Cartwright Tree Care to learn about our Kansas City Tree Removal Services. We have the experience needed to safely and efficiently remove trees of all shapes and sizes.
