5 Winter Tips Cover.jpg

Winter in Kansas City is a wonderland filled with vibrant holiday lights, the smell of the Roasteries’ pumpkin spice fills the air, and don’t forget… Crown Center will be opening the Ice Terrace in November!

But wait… this year, the Farmer’s Almanac predicted actual snow fall for our region, as we mentioned in our previous blog. Although, this is very exciting for Kansas City, our trees have not endured a heavy snowfall since 2012, according to our National Weather Service. We’ve been in a snow drought you might say!

Don’t have any idea where to start? No problem, we’ve created a checklist for you explaining everything you need to do to make sure your trees are prepped going into winter, to prevent emergency situations from arising this winter.
